Fera Real Estate is a demo website I built to showcase my design skills for business/marketing websites. It represents a hypothetical family real estate business, featuring four buildings and apartment listings, designed to highlight both functionality and style. The website includes:

• Property Listings: Detailed and visually appealing listings.
• Building Information: In-depth insights about each property.
• Personalized Services: Buyer, seller, and renter services.

The site is currently modified to be compliant with Upwork’s Terms of Service. When fully functional, the site will also offer a tenant portal and direct contact options for prospective clients.

Enhancing Client Engagement and Tenant Convenience

Prospective clients can explore property listings, learn about services, and easily get in touch to inquire further, fostering new leads and opportunities. Meanwhile, the tenant portal will offer existing tenants a convenient platform to submit work orders and make payments, enhancing efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
