A Foundation Built on Passion and Curiosity
From a young age, I was always fascinated by the elegant simplicity and profound complexity of mathematics. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, where I delved deep into the subject, exploring its many branches and discovering the beauty and utility it holds.
A Journey Through the Abstract
During my studies, I found myself particularly drawn to the more abstract and theoretical aspects of mathematics. Topology, with its exploration of space and continuity, captivated my imagination. The idea that properties of shapes could remain unchanged under continuous deformations was both intriguing and mind-bending. Similarly, number theory, often referred to as the “queen of mathematics,” fascinated me with its deep questions about the properties and relationships of numbers.
Abstract algebra was another area that I found incredibly rewarding. The study of algebraic structures such as groups, rings, and fields opened up a new world of understanding and provided a powerful framework for solving a wide range of problems. Classical analysis, with its rigorous approach to concepts like limits, continuity, and differentiation, also held a special place in my academic journey.
Proficiency in Probability and Statistics
In addition to my love for pure mathematics, I also developed a strong interest in actuarial science. This field combines mathematics, statistics, and financial theory to study uncertain future events, particularly those of concern to insurance and pension programs. Through this interest, I became highly proficient in probability, statistics and data analytics.
Actuarial science provided a practical application for my mathematical skills, allowing me to analyze data, assess risks, and make informed decisions based on statistical evidence. This experience not only honed my analytical abilities but also gave me a solid foundation in data analytics, which I have continued to build upon in my career.

While my academic journey began with a love for pure mathematics, it has since evolved to encompass more practical applications. My proficiency in probability, statistics, and data analytics has enabled me to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world problems.
